Privacy Policy — hkpch-vm-feeds

hkpch-vm-feeds is a personal, single-user application. It is not offered to the public and has exactly one user: its owner.

What data the app accesses

The app uses Google OAuth with read-only scopes to access the owner's own Google account data:

• Google Sheets (read-only) — reads the owner's timesheet and finance-tracking spreadsheets to power personal dashboard widgets.
• Google Calendar (read-only) — reads the owner's calendars to display upcoming events on a personal home dashboard.

The app does not modify, share, or transmit this data to any third party.

How data is stored

The OAuth refresh token is stored on the owner's private virtual server (Oracle Cloud, owner-managed) with restricted file permissions. No Google user data is stored anywhere else, sold, or used for advertising.

Data retention and deletion

Cached dashboard data derived from Google APIs is overwritten on each refresh (every 15–30 minutes) and is never archived. The owner can revoke the app's access at any time at Google Account → Third-party access, which immediately stops all data access.
